整體不錯，就是床墊上有味道，睡了七天，屁股上長了很多小疹子，位置很近，下樓就有超市，坐地鐵要走十分鐘。

還好就是這一家酒店有一個問題，就是你找任何的第三方平台投訴，他們都會置之不理，就比如之前我在這邊快遞丟了，我找了兩個小時，我都急瘋了，然後訂房網站也幫我打了一堆電話，然後經理也是看見我像看見瘟神一樣，能躲就躲還有就是之前噪音的問題也是我鬧到報警，然後經理也是看見我像看見瘟神一樣能多就多，本來我商量的解決方案，我就説如果讓我搬到別的屋子去，有沒有優惠什麼的，幫我申請一下，或者説是怎麼樣一個情況，然後經歷也是嘴上説好，結果實際上沒有幫我做，我就覺得如果住在這裡考慮價格，這家酒店確實是最優秀，但我覺得服務完全沒有跟上，如果説心胸比較寬廣，容忍程度比較高的可以預訂，但如果説可能就專注服務的，那還是建議去看一看別的酒店。

Good thing about this service apartment is the location, kitchen facility small but useable, pool is small but ok if only one person swim in the pool. Throughout my 16nights in the facility, was at room 201, very near to the bin area and near the entrance to the service apartment, is really noisy especially in the morning. Though previously asked for higher floor, but they will not able to allocate higher floor for me after asking two times. Felt that just lip service, and not doing what they said. Bed is sandwich between two walls, felt like you are in the bunkbed. One week only did one time cleaning, but will not changes bedsheet, towel or anything, please remember to bring your own shampoo/washing liquid, as they will not replace anything throughout your stay. Maybe more like a rental apartment rather then service apartment! After their cleaning, the door to my room was left open, no feedback on the reason for leaving the door open after they said wanted to send someone to check the door. Feedback was provided to Jennifer twice about the washing machine door unable to lock, hence unable to work, but no one come to repair, no feedback is provided either. Finally, felt that staff at the reception is just lip service, No value add!

A estadia não foi boa. Tive problemas com a área comum que ficava permanentemente com cheiro ruim e, para chegar no quarto, era necessário passar. E, o escoamento de água do banheiro não estava bom o que fazia com que qualquer banho fosse suficiente pra molhar o banheiro inteiro. Além de não ter um box.

1. Very friendly and helpful staff especially Kenny at the front desk. He assisted me in booking the room (via 訂房網站, dynamic pricing) and showed me how to use the items in the room. He also answered all my queries very patiently. 2. Great location. Easy access to food, shopping and public transport. 3.For long term stay, would be great if Coliwoo can assist in changing the bed linen every week. ( The tenants are expected to wash their own bed linen ). Would also like to suggest more lockable drawers to keep valuables as the safe is small.

Mini studio super bien agencé avec tout ce qu'il faut (cuisine, lave-linge, sdb, rangements). Jolie vue sur les buildings alentours. Très propre, check-in facile. On a même pu profiter de la piscine quand le soleil est enfin apparu le dernier jour de notre séjour !

Portas extremamente barulhentas, durante movimentação de hospedes a qualquer horário; Academia muito pequena e sem estrutura para utilização; Não possui cafeteira nos quartos; Box de banheiros não possuem portas ou sequer cortinas, molhando o banheiro completamente a cada banho; Recepção indiferente ao cliente que transita sem um bom-dia sequer.
